The management is recognized as a Linguistic Minority Institution (as per article 30(1) of Indian Constitution) & therefore entitled for the right to ensure the admission of linguistic Minority students as per the directives of Supreme Court and the provision laid down in the Indian Constitution.
TIMINGS FOR JUNIOR COLLEGE (for student): 12:00 p.m to 06:00 p.m.
TIMINGS FOR SENIOR COLLEGE (for student): 09:30 a.m to 01:30 p.m.
OFFICE HOUR: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The college shall remain closed- On Sunday and public holidays declared by the Government, Diwali or long vacations and on such other days, or in case of any calamities, as the Principal may declare from time to time.
Students will be issued Railway Concession forms for Season Tickets from the station nearest to their residence and Borivali station. Residential address given on the admission form will be taken as valid for this concession. It cannot be changed during the course of the year.
Students should pay the fees for the entire year in cash or demand draft at the authorized fees counter only at the time of admission, between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. on working days only.
A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree course of Bachelor of Science – Information Technology, shall have passed XII standard Examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its Equivalent with Mathematics as one of the subject and should have secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate and 40%marks in aggregate in case of Reserved category, at one and the same sitting.
Or
Candidates who have passed diploma in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/Computer Technology/ Information Technology/ Electrical, Electronic and Allied Branches, Mechanical and Allied Branches, Civil and Branches ofEngineering after S.S.C (Xth) are eligible for direct admission to the Second year of the B.Sc.(IT) degree course. However, the Diploma should be recognized by the board of Technical Education or any other recognized Government body. Minimum Marks required 45% aggregate for Open category candidates and 40% aggregate for reserved category candidates.
And
Students with post H.S.C – Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science / Computer Technology / Information Technology and allied branches will be eligible for direct admission to the Second Year of B.Sc. (IT).
However, the Diploma should be recognized by the Board of Technical Education or any other recognized Government body.
Note:-Students seeking admission for FY BAF, BSC(IT) or BBI, will have to first enroll online with Mumbai University. Admission will be regularized only after it is enrolled with Mumbai University.

Semester End Assessment 75% |

1. Duration – These examinations shall be of 2½ Hours duration. 2.Question Paper Pattern:- 1. There shall be five questions each of 15 marks.
2. All questions shall be compulsory with internal choice within the question
3 .Question may be sub-divided into sub-questions a,b,c,d & e only and the
4. Allocation of marks depends on the weight age of the topic.

The learner shall have to obtain a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate to qualify each course where the course consists of internal Assessment & Semester End Examination. However, the learners shall obtain minimum of 40% marks i.e.10 out of 25 in the internal Assessment and i.e. 30 out of 75 in Semester End Examination separately.
1. A learner who PASSES in the assessment but FAILS the Semester End Examination of the Courses shall reappear for the Semester End Examination of that Course. However his/her marks of the Internals Assessment shall be carries over and he/she shall be entitled for grades obtained by him/her on passing of the complete cours
2. A learner FAILS in the Internal Assessment but PASSES in the Semester End Examination of the Courses shall reappear for the projects for that course. However his/her marks of the Internals Assessment shall be carried over and he/she shall be entitled for grades obtained by him/her on qualifying of the complete course.
B.Com (A & F)/ B.Com (B & I)/ BMS
1. A learner shall be allowed to keep term for Semester II irrespective of grades obtained in each course of Semester I.
2. A learner shall be allowed to keep term for Semester III if he/she passes (grade ‘E’or above in each course) each of Semester I and Semester II
Or
He/she fails in not more than three courses, in each of Semester I and Semester II (For all subjects, carrying 900 or more marks).
A learner shall be allowed to keep term for Semester IV irrespective of grades obtained in each course of Semester III. However learner has to pass either of Semester I or Semester II in order to appear for Semester IV.

A per the new directives received from the University of Mumbai, attendance will have to be marked for every lecture, the student attendance not less than 75% of lectures in a term in his/her respective class, failing which the student will be disqualified or debarred from appearing in the Final Examination / Internal Examination conducted by the college.
